Fast 22kW Three-Phase EV Charging
The Project EV APEX-22S operates from a 400V three-phase supply, with a maximum current of 32A and rated charging power of 22kW.
For suitable vehicles and electrical installations, this provides considerably greater AC charging capability than a standard 7kW single-phase home charger, making the APEX-22S particularly well suited to commercial premises, workplaces and properties with an appropriate three-phase electrical supply.
Untethered Type 2 Socket
Rather than having a permanently attached charging lead, the APEX-22S features a Type 2 charging socket.
This provides greater flexibility for users who prefer to use and store their own charging cable and gives the charger a clean appearance when the vehicle isn't connected.
Built-In PEN Fault Protection
The APEX range features Pro Earth PEN fault protection as standard, removing the requirement for an earth spike in applicable installations and helping simplify the installation process.
