The SPRINT GLP32 cable gland, constructed from top-tier polyamide 6.6, is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
The WISKA lamella system ensures optimal sealing and strain relief, thanks to its expanded contact surfaces and extensive sealing area. For sizes M12 to M32, a sealing lip that’s injection-moulded provides a seal to the housing, while sizes M40 to M63 use a connection thread sealing ring. All seals are crafted from EPDM, known for its superior resistance to water, ozone, UV radiation, and chemicals. The cap nut thread, which is self-locking, provides excellent protection against vibrations and prevents the cap nut from being tightened excessively.
